The Cisco UCS 2204XP I/O Module is part of the Cisco family which provides the broadest line of solutions for transporting data, voice and video while ensuring that networks both public and private operate with maximum performance, security, and flexibility. The Cisco UCS 2200 series simplifies diagnostics, cabling, and management by providing multiple 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections between blade servers and the fabric interconnect. The UCS-IOM-2204XP has four 10 Gigabit Ethernet, FCoE-capable, SFP+ ports that connect the blade chassis to the fabric interconnect and sixteen 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports connected through the midplane to each half-width slot in the chassis.
